Please use the form below to request a password change to your Member Video Account. Please note that password resets will occur during regular Technical Support hours of operation.
To become a member, please fill in the form below. You will receive an email from one of our team members. Please reply to it. If you do not get an email within 3 business days and the email is not in your junk, it means we were unable to send you a confirmation to activate your account. Should this occur, please call our Support Line.
Accounts are not automatically activated and normally processed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
