Becoming a Member will give clients access to our online library of webinars, videos & many training tutorials for new and existing staff.

Please use the form below to request a password change to your Member Video Account. Please note that password resets will occur ONLY during regular Technical Support hours of operation. If you do not receive an email from us within two business days, you will need to register for an account.
To become a member, please fill in the form below. Your office will need an active support contract. You will receive an email from one of our team members. Please reply to it. If you do not get an email within 2 business days and the email is not in your junk folder, it means we were unable to send you a confirmation to activate your account. We suggest redoing the registration with a different email address. Email accounts that we get a bounced message from will automatically be terminated and emails for activation that are not answered within 3 business days will result in the termination of the pending account.
