Wonder why reports are so important? They provide us with important information that is key to a successful practice. We often get asked if there are a defined set of day/month/year-end reports to run. There are no real mandatory reports to be run in Tracker. You can run many different reports and, by simply modifying the date range, turn them into monthly reports. A good starting point would be the “Practice Summary” and “Fees & Payments Summary by Day” reports to get a good overview. Ironically, the “End of Day Summary” is also an excellent report to run monthly, or even annually. You can preview them on-screen to save paper. That’s my update on reports. If you have questions, give me a shout.
